a. Shipping Method: We partner with leading logistics companies for all our shipping needs. b. Shipping Areas: We ship toys to serviceable pin codes of all major cities in India. This list is dynamic and increasing as we expand our operations. c. Delivery Time: Orders placed before 2 pm IST will be processed and shipped on the same business day. For orders placed post 2 pm IST, on national holidays and on Sundays, delivery shall be made on the next business day or maximum up to 48 hours. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
2. Shipping Costs
a. Rental Cost Inclusive: Each membership plan includes shipping cost for a specified number of deliveries and their corresponding return. After exceeding the specified number as per the plan, a per delivery charge will be applied which is currently fixed at a flat INR 100 per delivery. These details will be communicated during the checkout process. b. Return Shipping: Return shipping should be done of the same toy that was rented out, with their respective primary packaging (including all QR codes affixed on the same)
3. Order Processing
a. Confirmation: Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an order confirmation via SMS and notification on our mobile application. b. Shipping Delays: In case of unforeseen circumstances causing shipping delays, customers will be notified promptly. We strive to resolve any issues and keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
a. Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to track the item. If the package cannot be located, a replacement item will be sent if available, or your delivery will be credited back to you. b. Damaged Packages: If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact our customer care immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process a replacement.
