How to delete your account
As a user of the the Elefant, you're trusting us with your information. We understand this responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control
Following these steps should guide you through the process of deleting your account within the app.
Login to the app.
Step 1:
Tap on your profile image in the app's bottom menu to open your profile settings.
Step 2:
Look for the 'Manage Account' Menu within your profile settings.
Step 3:
Within Manage Account, on Bottom left corner 'Delete Account' option will be there.
Step 4:
When you click on the 'Delete Account' , a confirmation modal will open. By clicking 'Yes, delete,' your account will be permanently deleted.
Step 5:
*Make sure to return all the toys before deleting the account.
